This past weekend, I prepared a large variety of antipasti to accompany a pizza party for a group of about 25 people. Items included a Frittata with Fontina cheese, asparagus and chives and mixed grilled vegetables including zucchini and eggplant. I also mad some Meatball Sliders as a nosh. I fired 15 pizzas that day, and we all had a great feast. Here are some pictures form the party.
